CARY GRANAT | CEO

 

Cary Granat is a leader, innovator and pioneer in the entertainment industry with over 57 films and $5.8 billion in box office revenues with a track record for creating new business models in 3D cinema, global film production, and education.

 

Granat co-founded and served as CEO for Walden Media from 2000 to 2009, producing the hugely successful Chronicles of Narnia series, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Bridge to Terabithia, Holes, and many others.

Granat launched Walden Education, which for six years was the only studio-sponsored educational program that served school and youth groups between the ages of 8 and 13.

Granat served as President and COO to Miramax/Dimension from 1995 to 2000, where he oversaw the Scream series, the Scary Movie and Spy Kids franchises, From Dusk Till Dawn, and countless others, and built Dimension into a recognizable brand.

ED JONES | PRESIDENT

 

Ed Jones is an Academy Award-winning industry leader and pioneer in digital media, specializing in 2D and 3D visual effects and animation.

 

Jones started his career at George Lucas' Industrial, Light and Magic, working on everything from the original Star Wars, Indiana Jones, E.T. and The Terminator series.

 

He has worked in lead VFX roles with DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures, and Warner Bros. and has also been CEO of Warner's ESC Entertainment and Kodak's Cinesite, and most recently, Reel FX.

While at Reel FX, Jones supervised the technical design and production for the wildly popular Despicable Me and The Simpsons rides at Universal City, as well as The Ferrari Ride in Abu Dhabi.

 

Ed Jones won Academy Awards for Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Happy Feet.
